Our technology Halo Disinfection System® harnesses the true, oxidizing power of hydrogen peroxide by infusing it with our proprietary oligodynamic (anti-microbial activity of minute quantities of metallic ions) technology. During this intricate process, the hydrogen peroxide is stabilized and boosted with silver ions. The result is a radical fluid architecture that is capable of destroying a broad spectrum of microorganisms , Corona Viruses, SARS, MRSA and more. Our disinfection solution is one of few locally available to be on the EPA List N includes products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2 the Novel component of this most recent Corona Virus outbreak.
- Our Halo Mist® solution is EPA Registered under # 84526-6 and EPA Registered under # 84526-1.
- Kills 99.99% of bacteria, infectious pathogens, mold and fungi to include,, Corona Viruses C Diff, MRSA, H1N1, E.Coli, Salmonella, and more…
- The Halo Disinfection System® empowers infection control in long term care facilities by providing a 6-log kill rate against destructive infectious pathogens including , Corona Viruses and C. difficile.
- No wipe, no rinse, no labor, no cross contamination.
Control the spread of infectious diseases, PDS offers the following procedures:
- Simply spraying disinfectants on countertops, door handles and other commonly touched surfaces is not enough to sufficiently rid the space of contagions.
- Surfaces must first be cleaned with soap and water, or another alcohol- or bleach-based product to remove “biofilms,” the cellular material left behind by human touch that blocks the disinfectant from effectively reaching and penetrating the virus.
- To confirm a surface was properly cleaned, PDS utilizes ATP* monitors to test surfaces for cellular activity. Clean test results with minimal ATP ensures the surfaces have been cleaned enough to allow the disinfectant to penetrate any present viruses.
*ATP monitors test for Adenosine Triphosphate which is stored energy found in all cells. While viruses do not contain cells, the removal of biofilms and cellular activity on all surfaces assures our disinfectants can properly kill the viruses.
- Once the surface is cleaned, PDS applies an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant HaloMist.
